Codorníu Zero is an enjoyable non-alcoholic sparkling wine made using the white Airén grape through the process of de-alcoholization of wine. The citrus and tropical fruit notes that have been successfully retained in the bubbles will captivate you on the nose and palate. In 2020, it obtained a Gold Medal in the Finnish competition, The Wines of the Year Competition, because being non-alcoholic is not incompatible with quality. Taste: Shiny pale yellow. Fine bubbles. Fruity aromas (apple, tropical…), zesty notes and delicate white flowers. Punchy, fresh and cheerful. Pairs well with seafood, salads with fruits or flowers, fish and vegetables. crudités or desserts.

Codorníu is synonymous to the history of a family of winegrowers which goes back to the XVI century. It is the oldest family business in Spain and one of the oldest in the world. It now has 450 years of history behind it. They were the first winery to create cava using Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Pallerada grapes. Codorniu owns the oldest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, used for the production of cava with vines aged 30 years or more.
