• Grace Wines Koshu 2023: Pale lemon yellow with a brilliant green tinge. The refreshing aromas of grapefruit, white peach, pear and white flowers, commingled with those of ripe fruits such as melon and lychee, add complexity and depth to the wine. On the palate, pleasant acidity with a mellow attack. Concentrated fruits expand on the palate, giving impression of body. The finish is lingering with supple acidity. A well-balanced wine with a delicate but refreshing taste and rich fruit.
• Grace Wines Koshu Hishiyama Vineyard 2023: Clear and faultless. Brilliant pale yellow with green tinge. Aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, notes of white flower such as acacia, spicy aromas from coriander and cumin, and mineral notes reminiscent of minerals. Smooth and dry on the palate. Citrus fruit flavours such as lemon and lime, mineral notes hinting mineral and a firm, elegant acidity form the backbone of the wine.
  
• Grace Wines Koshu Toriibria Vineyard 2023: Clear and faultless. Brilliant pale yellow colour with a grey hue. The nose is rich, with aromas of fruits such as golden delicious apple, yellow peach and pear, spicy aromas from cloves and white pepper, and toastiness, giving impression of complexity. On sipping, a mellow attack, dry, with rounded acidity, fruity flavours reminiscent of aromas expand on the palate with a long finish. This is a white wine that combines elegance and power.
