COLOUR	Deep red with purple hues.
NOSE	This elegant wine offers a vibrant bouquet of blackcurrant, mulberries and rose petal framed by fine French oak, interwoven with hints of cocoa and bay leaf in the background.
PALATE	Medium-full bodied, the palate offers a core of blue and black forest fruits, cassis, and dark choc-mint characters. The wine has a wonderful depth of flavour with intricate layers of inky fruits underpinned by fine grained, gravelly tannins. Quintessential Margaret River Cabernet; energetic, complex and refined culminating in a persistent berry fruit finish.
CELLARING POTENTIAL	Vibrant, yet approachable in its youth, this wine will also certainly benefit from further bottle maturation and will cellar comfortably for the next 10+ years.

The 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is awesome, with layer upon layer of flavor—all of them settling on each other like fine sheets of tissue. It gives up notes of blood, ferrous, iodine, pomegranate, raspberry, tobacco, aniseed, saltbush, bay leaf, matcha (green tea), bramble and undergrowth. Beetroot, fennel and more more more. What a wine. As usual, the style of this is svelte and restrained, and the tannins are the final icing on the cake: fine, shapely and structuring, spooling out through the long finish. It’s a little bit chewy but slinky and supple. Delicious. Phwoar.
