Troppo Sparkling 2024

A crystal clean Blanc de Blancs made in the Charmat method from the Fleurieu Peninsula – a site identified by the great Brian Croser as a very similar climate to the Adelaide Hills. This little fizz exudes plenty of minerality, a brut level of dryness, and the lovely green apple tang that makes this wine oh so refreshing. Something that’s always handy to have in the fridge.
