After such a long maturation, this 200L American oak ex-bourbon cask yielded only 175 bottles at 46.1% ABV.

Boasting a depth and refinement that can only come with age, our Old & Rare American Oak single casks are matured for a minimum of sixteen years in American oak casks previously used to age
bourbon. Aside from the notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut, fruit, and subtle white floral and herbal nuances, these whiskies are hugely textural with incredible complexity and length of palate.
As single cask bottlings, every tiny batch is different, expressing the unique characteristics of each barrel.

NOSE
Apricot, banana and fresh orange with jasmine and lemon verbena. White chocolate, Sicilian manna cream, sweet coconut and a gentle nuttiness, lifted by white pepper.

PALATE
Thick, velvety and structured Tropical fruit intensity with vanilla cream and apricot-coconut slice. Sweet, confident and well balanced.

FINISH
Fruit shifts from tropical to pome, with dried apple and pear juice. Fondant sweetness and Monte Carlo biscuit richness.Very long and silky
