A blend of 45% Tempranillo, 40% Grenache, 8% Mataro, 5% Bastardo and 2% Tinta Amarilia. Aroma of meat, spice, red fruits, black morello cherries. There is a frission of sweet Grenache vs. sour Tempranillo, clean fruits and then there is that lovely flood the gums textural element that rounds everything out. A bit of euro funk to finish.

They are viticulturists bitten by the winemaking bug, the chance to turn their own fruit into wine is too good to pass up. That they are also foodies drives their winemaking down a certain path. Natural ferments, nil to minimal adjustment, old oak a soft hand in the cellar allows the vineyard to speak. The style is food friendly, Euro style, with a eye to balance and subtlety.
