Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Shiraz 2007 – Magnum (1500ml) – Museum Stock
Grampian, Victoria, Australia
Complex wine showing blueberry, raspberry and mixed spices on the nose. Delicately perfumed, the wine shows violet and sous bois characters.
Dense and tight, with finely structured tannins building on the palate. The wine is tightly wound and restrained with years to go before its full savoury and fruit complexity shines through. The wine continues
on the palate with ripe blueberry and raspberry fruits, complex spices and tight acidity adding length and definition. Will benefit from an hour in the decanter.
Cellar: up to 2027.

Nestled in the Grampians, this cool-climate region is one of the most isolated and unique sites in Australian viticulture. Practising “sustainable production” for 40 years, Langi believe that sustainable farming principles produce healthier soils, more balanced grapes and therefore better quality wines.
