This whisky offers a saline and iodine hint on the nose, leaving no doubt as to its origins, on an elegant background reminiscent of honey and the toffee. On the palate, this iodine hint is revealed by mingling with a strengthening of the fruit with notes of apricot and sweet spices. This saline note is a common thread until the finish.
