It’s a little sweet, but not sickly, and beautifully balanced by the combination of Dry London Spirit and sparkling wine. So good it almost makes Uncle Terry’s dad jokes bearable.
Ingredients
- 30mL Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso
- 30mL Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
- 45mL orange juice
- 60mL alcohol free sparkling wine
- 1tsp premium vanilla syrup (not vanilla essence)
Method
Add all ingredients in glass, stir, fill with fresh ice
