Single Cask Nº TD394 was distilled in February of 2013 and decanted in June of 2025 maturing at 12 Years, 4 Months old in a single, 200L American oak cask previously filled with an older batch of Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky. Bottled unflocked and unfiltered at 47.4% ABV, this cask yielded just 250 bottles.

Our American Oak Second-Fill whiskies excel in capturing the essence of Sullivans Cove’s spirit, reflecting the core identity of our distillery. These whiskies undergo maturation in casks previously used for aging an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. Meticulously selected, only the highest quality casks are chosen to mature a second whisky.  The outcome is a whisky with a flavour profile that showcases the richness of American oak, while simultaneously highlighting the distinct character of Sullivans Cove’s exceptional spirit.

NOSE
Condensed milk and white chocolate, with fresh apple, pear, apricot and mango. Cloudy apple juice, sour table grapes and a clean herbal lift.

PALATE
Full-bodied and thick in texture. Baked fruits, fruit loaf and mixed nuts, with almond shavings, milk bottle lollies, butterscotch and caramel sweetness.

FINISH
Plum sauce and blackberry ice cream lead, followed by raspberry, peaches in syrup, cinnamon and cocoa. Long in length.
