The Stonier Reserve Pinot Noir has always been a blend of our most distinctive vineyards that show the highest quality of the vintage. The 2022 vintage highlights the strength of the Stonier vineyards at Merricks with Windmill being the major component of this wine.
Perfumed and layered. Chalky but velvety tannins that hold then release the composed red fruit flavours. The concentration and purity of the fruit dictate that this wine will only continue to improve in the short to medium term (3-8 years).

“The 40% whole bunches in the ferment have added a lift to the already heady aromas of autumn leaves damp from rain, dark cherries woodsy spices and cedary oak. The palate is fuller-bodied, plush with ripe, velvety tannins, textural, too, and the finish lingers and lingers.”
