Adopting Xige’s unique “3126” winemaking philosophy, i.e. 3 months of fermentation, 12 months of oak barrel ageing and 6 months of bottle ageing, this limited edition was created with a special blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Gernischt. The fruit aroma is rich and vibrant, with harmonious scents of plum, mulberry, and violet. On the palate, it is full and juicy, with fine, silky tannins and a long finish.
