60ml Gospel Straight Rye
10ml Simple sugar syrup
6 x Dashes Peychaud’s
10ml Absinthe (to rinse rocks glass)
Rinse large rocks glass in with absinthe and discard. Build all other ingredients in a mixing glass, stir down with ice to the desired dilution and strain over fresh ice in absinthe rinsed rocks glass.
OLD FASHIONED
60ml Gospel Straight Rye
10ml Simple sugar syrup
4 x Dashes Angostura Bitter
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir down with ice to the desired dilution and strain over fresh ice in a large rocks glass. Garnish with large orange twist.

The Gospel Whiskey range is produced using 100% Australian grown rye sourced from a single farm in the Murray Malee Region of South Australia. Grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world ensuring we use a full flavoured grain. We use a 100% rye mash – double distilled in a bespoke column and pots distillation circuit to produce a heavily grain influence spirit for our tailored maturation systems.
