Impossibly Crafted Non-Alcoholic Spirit – White Cane + 4 pack of Classico Ready to drink cans.
Originally titled El Cubano, this mojito style cocktail is another modern classic hailing from the Pegu Club NYC and one that will definitely stand the test of time. With the addition of Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, bitters and sparkling wine, this is a wonderfully fresh and festive drink and should be served at every dinner party.
How To Enjoy:Â Shake all ingredients except Lyre’s Classico with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Lyre’s Classico slowly.
Ingredients
- 60mLÂ Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
- 15mLÂ lime juice
- 15mLÂ sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 30mLÂ Lyre’s Classico
Method
Shake all ingredients except Lyre’s Classico with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Lyre’s Classico slowly.
