Crafted from Polish Hill River Gewurztraminer and fortified with botanical spirit from our distillery, aromatised with oranges to create a vibrant, tropical cousin to Vermouth otherwise known as a Mistelle. Perfect for low ABV cocktails or serving in place of White Vermouth.

25ml Orange Juice
15ml Mezcal
2-3 Drops Instafoam
Pinch of Salt

Dry shake, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a tall glass with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with lime zest.
