Sirius White is a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Marsanne and Vermentino. This wine has a warm ripe apricot character with lifted acidity, scented white peach and honeysuckle and finishing with a soft, fat warm mouth-filling character of immediate appeal.

“Grown not made” is the philosophy that duo James and Annie Millton follow to ensure their wines portray a sincere expression of Gisborne terroir. Considered pioneers in biodynamic wine, Millton Vineyards have been crafting wine using low-impact techniques since their very beginnings in 1984. They were one of the first to achieve Demeter certification, guaranteeing the highest standard of biodynamic agriculture and horticulture. To further solidify this commitment, in June 2012, James Milton was named a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit as recognition for his services to the New Zealand wine industry.
