SIETE MISTERIOS – Mexico
Young mezcal with variable graduation. For the distillation of our mezcal, 100% agave sugars are used, which come exclusively from mature plants. Our production techniques are traditional: underground baking, mallet or tahona grinding, natural fermentation free of chemical agents, and double distillation in Clay Pots or Copper Stills according to the customs of the region. Craft elaboration and limited production, which preserves all the heritage and tradition.
