the vibrant palate has a creamy texture and a juicy finish. The multi layered palate is rich and complex with a dense fruit core. These
flavours and aromas leave a fresh lingering finish on the palate making it a full satisfying wine with balanced acidity.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is steely and vibrant. I love the restraint and elegance of this wine. It is structural and fine, totally composed, and salty, to boot. It unfurls across the palate and lingers through the finish. Lovely, lovely wine.

HUNTER’S WINES – Marlborough

Established more than 30 years ago, Hunter’s have won over 160 gold medals at national and international wine competitions and today remains the only Marlborough vineyard established in the 1970s to still be owned by its original family. As a major player in kick-starting the “Marlborough sauvignon Blanc” movement, Hunter’s were ahead of their time and they continue to lead the way with new varietals, wine-making techniques and unfaltering consistency.
