A limited-edition single estate Cognac from one of the oldest Cognac houses in France – Maison Hine. A combination of only 12 casks, the Bonneuil 2012 is made from a single harvest Grande Champagne Cognac and has been aged for 10 years. The palate displays hazelnuts and bold tobacco, highlighted by notes of coffee and pastry. Enjoy neat – room temperature or chilled – or pair with Pata Negra ham, slices of sashimi, or with oysters.
