Intense and inviting aromas of stone-fruit and perfumed flowers on the bouquet. Flint an lanolin balanced by notes of apricot. On the palate the wine expresses this same balance of stone-fruit and fresh acidity with a nutty, lingering finish. Great match with vegan fried rice, sushi, grilled salmon with fresh ginger and coq au Riesling.

HARTENBERG ESTATE – Stellenbosch
The first settlers to cultivate the virgin land of the estate known as Hartenberg were in 1692. Today the winery remains in the safe hands of the MacKenzie family who took over in 1987 and have been following their vision of producing outstanding quality wine ever since. The winery itself covers 99 hectares of vineyard, comprising a total of nine different soil types and many different aspects and microclimates.
