“The 2022 Chenin Blanc Hoë-Steen comes from ferrous soils on limestone; these vines planted in 1968 tend to be late ripening. It has a wonderful nose with a subtle reduction, real tension and focus, oddly reminiscent of a Coche Meursault! The palate is fresh and vibrant, quite tangy on the entry with a waxy texture, then becoming more linear and taut towards the minerally finish. Excellent.” 94 points NEAL MARTIN, VINOUS
