The Shiraz has an intense dark ruby red colour with flavours of plum, blackcurrant and pepper with hints of dark chocolate and mixed spice. On the palate, it boasts with blackberry, violet and black pepper.
Best served with smoked rooibos and paprika grilled fillet of beef served with Grandma’s sticky potatoes, slow cooked beef brisket or rosemary infused springbok loin.

Originally known as ‘Bellinchamp’ (pretty fields), Bellingham begins its story in 1693 when Hollander Gerrit Janz van Vuuren and his French Huguenot wife planted the first 1000 vines on the estate.
