Piper-Heidsieck champagne paired with an exquisite menu created by Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky of Petrus.
One of the highlights of the evening will be the Veal paired with our limited Hors-Serie 1982 – only 2500 bottles worldwide. November 2022 saw the release of Hors-Série 1982 and has been disgorged in the spring of 2022 after 39 years of storage on lees by current cellar master Emilien Boutillat. The last bottles in Hong Kong will be served at this exclusive dinner at Island Shangri-la.
