Refined and inventive, Nectar invites guests to experience progressive, plant-based cuisine prepared by Chef Peggy Chan, Hong Kong’s most knowledgeable and passionate advocate of sustainable dining. Pushing creative boundaries to explore the full potential of plant-based ingredients, the seasonal tasting menu highlights the freshness and quality of locally-sourced organic products.
Being winemakers, we’re two people incredibly passionate about the soil and produce we have in Australia. It’s our contention to showcase products to the rest of the world that embrace Australian native ingredients and pay homage to the custodianship of the indigenous people who maintained the land for thousands of years.
