A slice of Phuket in Hong Kong!
In partnership with The Honeycomber Hong Kong & wine ‘n’ things, Chalong Bay Rum will be hosting a series of Junk Boat Parties this summer to bring you the junk boat party of the season, and the best part is there will be THREE, so no excuses not to make at least one!
What to expect when you step on board Island Junks traditional Teak Boat, Chalong Bay handcrafted 100% Pure Sugarcane Rum, enjoyed with fresh young coconuts or in a signature cocktail prepared by our guest mixologist, which we can announce will be Owen Gibler of Employees Only Hong Kong fame for the first in the series. We will also have wine, beer & cider available.
Fat Legs BBQ will bring the taste of Thai street-stalls and smokey BBQ pits to the junk, experts in the humble BBQ and grill.
It wouldn’t be a party with out music, so we have the crew from
FUFU on the decks, the same guys that brought you Shi Fu Miz and spin at all the hottest clubs in Hong Kong and abroad, so you know they will have the boat jumping.
If you need another reason to come aboard, we have you covered, the team at Chalong Bay Rum love visitors, so we are giving one lucky sailor a trip for 2 to Phuket which includes airfares, accommodation, a tour of the distillery by Thibaut, Co-founder and Master Distiller,as well as a cocktail masterclass, were you will learn how to make the perfect Mojito with fresh, local ingredients.
