Embark on a journey to South Africa with a curated selection of 7 wines from two iconic wineries, Bellingham and Boschendal, on Saturday, May 20 at 6:30 pm at SKYE Roofbar and Dining.
Chef Florian has created an exquisite 6-course menu plus welcome canapés featuring signature dishes such as Buckwheat Tartelette with Smoked Trout and Shallot Cream, Royal Crystal Caviar with Beef Fine Delicate Jelly, Hokkaido Scallop with Violet Artichoke Barigoule, Poitou Pigeon, and Sanchoku Pure Wagyu Striploin, each paired with a superb glass of sparkling, white, or red wine.
Showcasing Bellingham’s revered Bernard Series range, and Boschendal’s Appellation Series and Heritage range. A total of 7 wines were carefully selected, including Boschendal Grande Cuvée Cap Classique, Bellingham Bernard Series Old Vine Chenin Blanc, and Boschendal Black Angus.
