Forget everything you know about “just bubbles.” Join Wine N Things for a celebratory, palate-awakening tasting where we’ll explore Champagne through six distinct expressions—each one revealing a different mood, method, and structure.

This friendly deep-dive, hosted by winemaker and educator Kyle Oosterberg, will take you on a journey into how Champagne styles shift depending on base wine (white vs. red fruit), blend philosophy, aging approach, and whether the house leans classic Brut, goes pink or belts out the best vintage expressions. Expect generous pours, lots of discussion, and zero snobbery—just a great room and a fantastic lineup.
