Best kept secret in Hong Kong:   A tiny little Szechuan restaurant on Elgin street and that’s all I’m saying….

On Friday aftern…evening you would most likely find me drinking:   I love an after work Vale Ale with some Aussie Rules Footy but you will probably find me later in the company of a Geoff Merrill Cabernet Sauvignon and a large slab of medium rare cow!

If I was a grape region I would be:  Coonawarra – Full bodied, cheeky, improves with age and blends well with others!
