They were one of the first to achieve Demeter certification, guaranteeing the highest standard of biodynamic agriculture and horticulture. To further solidify this commitment, in June 2012, James Milton was named a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit as recognition for his services to the New Zealand wine industry.
