Yering Station Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Yarra Valley, Australia
True Cabernet mint, with a subtle leafiness surrounding black currant and cedar spice on the nose. Black and red currant fruit provide the richness and power. The cedar spice and fine tannin structure complemented the mid palate, giving it elegance and grace.

YERING STATION – Yarra Valley
Victoria’s first vineyard was planted at Yering Station in 1838 and today the winery remains true to its heritage as a family-owned and operated winery. As one of the country’s best-known cool climate regions, ideal for producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the Yarra Valley has variable and long growing seasons, encouraging the expressive, varietal flavour and complex structure for which Yering Station is renowned.
