Millton Libiamo Field Blend 2017 (Viognier/Marsanne/Muscat) (Vegan Wine)

This wine is a blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Muscat. The wine is rich and sensual with an adoring complexity of Bosc pears and walnuts together with pretty white flowers and juniper berries stimulate the aromas. The taste is dry with a subtle pucker of textured tannins. It is cloudy from natural sediments and complex in structure, with a gentle phenolic tension and underlying salinity. Good match with Indian dishes, or duck breast poached in Moroccan spices.
We call this wine Libiamo; “let’s drink”.

To further solidify this commitment, in June 2012, James Milton was named a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit as recognition for his services to the New Zealand wine industry.
