This fully sparkling wine is a pale, golden straw in colour. Bubbles are full textured and persistent. On the nose, the wine brings fresh citrus with a vibrant bouquet of apple, white peach and honey suckle, the soft, harmonious fruity notes make this wine ideal for any occasion. Perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment to mild cheese and light hors d’oeuvres, this Prosecco also pairs well with fresh salads, seafood linguine in garlic butter sauce and lighter fish, such as sole, snapper and mahimahi.
