Characteristic spiciness of whole black peppercorns, combined with raspberry and blackberry aromas. The palate is succulent and rich with a well-rounded mouthfeel. Great pairing with Karoo lamb, a delicious homemade beef burger with grilled cheddar topping or mushroom risotto.
