Hartenberg Estate Riesling 2016 (Dry)
Stellenbosch, South Africa
Initial lanolin, hay and tropical notes combine with lovely floral aromas of lemon blossom and honeysuckle. Opulent, creamy and melted on the palate entry with touches of Botrytis and flintiness ending with a perfectly balanced acidity. Great match with smoked trout terrine, Thai inspired foods, bobotie, peri-peri chicken livers.
Residual Suger: 2.3g/L
