The colour is a beautiful and delicate salmon/rose petal pink. The aroma is a wonderful mix of cherry blossom, perfume, violets and raspberry. The palate is fresh, lightly bodied and very easy to drink. The flavour, weight and structure are all very much in sync. Well match with shellfish, spicy Asian salads, anything from fish and chips to pan fried whiting, Japanese seafood (Sashimi/Teppanyaki).
