A pleasant non-alcoholic sparkling wine made with Chardonnay, Xarello and other white grapes that goes through a process of dealcoholisation retaining the aromas of red fruit, strawberries, cherries, and woodland fruits with hints of green apple. A delicate cherry color with strawberry tones showcases fine and persistent bubbles that are elegant and light on the palate. Well balanced between acidity and sweetness with a refreshing finish. Goes well with seafood, simple fish dishes, sushi, fruit and flower-based salads, vegetables and crudités.

CodornÃu is synonymous to the history of a family of winegrowers which goes back to the XVI century. It is the oldest family business in Spain and one of the oldest in the world. It now has 450 years of history behind it. They were the first winery to create cava using Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Pallerada grapes. Codorniu owns the oldest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, used for the production of cava with vines aged 30 years or more.
