The 2016 harvest produced wonderfully ripe grapes and full crunchy flavours. This make this wine in a fruit-forward style with the freshness of an ocean breeze and the texture of fine silt loam. The young juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts and no further additions in the form of finings. This is a versatile food wine, particularly suitable with seafood, cheeses and summer salads.

Considered pioneers in biodynamic wine, Millton Vineyards have been crafting wine using low-impact techniques since their very beginnings in 1984. They were one of the first to achieve Demeter certification, guaranteeing the highest standard of biodynamic agriculture and horticulture. To further solidify this commitment, in June 2012, James Milton was named a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit as recognition for his services to the New Zealand wine industry.
