Millton Opou Vineyard Chardonnay 2007 (Organic Wine)

Gisborne, New Zealand

This wine is strong in flavour, crisp in the initial taste and lingers seamlessly on the palate for a long while. The taste is soft and dry giving impressions of hazelnuts and honey. Very well integrated oak tannins balance the acid with the residual alcohol giving hints of spice and white pepper.
